Can I cancel or change my order?
Please note that exchanges and cancellations are only possible by 6am the following business day. Once order has been received the bakery will start the process at 7am. To cancel or change your order please provide your order number and contact our store prior to 7am at 905-851-8388.
What if I am not home when my purchase arrives?
Unfortunately, our courier service cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it.
In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted. In some cases, some drivers have a mobile phone and can contact your client.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. This must be done by e-mail or phone, quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.
Can I change the date of my scheduled delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, simply send us an e-mail or call us quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you upon the time of you placing your order online.
Our pastries, cakes and baked goods are delivered fresh every day to local restaurants, hotels, cafes and food stores as well as local businesses for corporate functions and private individuals safely and on time. Our courier has been in business since for 30 years delivering in excess of over 2000 deliveries per day.
Please ensure before placing your order date that the recipient will be there to accept it as we cannot be responsible for orders left unattended.
Delivery is available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, times of delivery may be affected and you will be notified ahead of time.
We at Sweet Boutique, however, at all times will do our best to ensure that our baked goods are delivered on time.
Free Shipping is available in Toronto and GTA minimum purchase of $100.
