Terms and Regulations for the Sweet Summer Celebration Contest

  1. To be eligible for the prize, the entrant must follow Sweet Boutique on Instagram (@sweetboutiquewb)
  2. One entry per email address
  3. The prize has to be redeemed from July 18th 2022 to August 13th 2022, if the prize is not redeemed by August 13th, the prize package will be voided
  4. The event must be located within the Greater Toronto Area
  5. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
  6. At the event, a Sweet Boutique photographer will be taking photographs of the event for marketing and promotion purposes, the winner and event attendees, hereby waive any rights of compensation or ownership
  7. Winner agrees to grant permission to Sweet Boutique photographer to be on site, and to take photographs of the desserts displayed during the event.
  8. Winner agrees that the photographer may take pictures of attendees and host during the event, and agrees to allow Sweet Boutique to use the images of those photographed for marketing and promotional use
  9. Winner agrees to inform all guests of photoshoot and use of images as indicated above
  10. Sweet Boutique retains the right to substitute any items listed in the contest as part of the prize, should those items not be available at the time of the event
  11. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Contest may have been promoted, including but not limited to Instagram, and/or Facebook.
